Helen Callier brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as President of Bradlink LLC. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University, she possesses a solid technical foundation and a deep understanding of the complexities of the industry. Her educational background provides her with a unique perspective that guides our organization towards innovative and efficient solutions.

Under Helen’s leadership, Bradlink LLC has achieved remarkable milestones and garnered industry recognition from working on capital projects at Houston METRO Transit (LRT, BRT, AFC), Houston Airport System (MLIT, FIS) and at DFW International Airport (High C Gates). Her strategic vision and ability to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of technical services have positioned the company as a leader in the field of aviation, transit, municipal and other government markets.

Through our involvement for many years with Government Procurement Connections (GPC), an initiative launched by the City of Houston, SBA Houston District Office, and other agencies, we helped thousands of small businesses gain access to information about government contracts, connect with agency decision-makers, and learn how to navigate the procurement process with local, state, and federal government agencies.

Additionally, we are committed to making a positive impact by supporting programs that uplift and empower small businesses. One such example is our encouragement and philanthropic contributions to initiatives like the Houston Community College System (HCCS) Business Plan Competition. By supporting these programs, we foster an environment of entrepreneurship and provide aspiring business owners with the resources and mentorship they need to succeed.
