Project Description:
New ground up private hangar for Gulfstream G650 class aircraft, support shops and offices for flight operations. The facility also provides both executive travel and shuttle operations to other company sites. Landside includes parking and shuttle drop off points.
Bradlink was engaged to provide agency coordination between multiple agencies, building permitting, code compliance and plan review services due to team’s extensive knowledge of Bush IAH plus from permitting the last 4 new ground up hangars at the Houston Airport System including Exxon Chanute, MillionAir at HOU, and Southwest Airlines Maintenance and Ops Hangar at Hobby International airport. Also, team members managed all permit documentation, coordinated meetings for utilidor and private utilities, assisted in responding to comments and RFI’s with HAS TIP, BSG, FAA and City of Houston OCE, AT&T, CenterPoint, and other authorities. Key staff also coordinated with OCE regarding variances, ROW, TDLR, preconstruction meetings, and scheduled inspections as needed to support Prime.
