Project Description:
Renovations to the Bush IAH Mickey Leland International Terminal Federal Inspection Services (FIS) building and new construction for portions of the international ticketing and departures hall. Passengers will move from the new 11-lane departures curb into the check-in hall where the design enhances passengers experience and allows for efficient flow of processing passengers for international travel.
Bradlink was engaged to provide project controls and construction scheduling services. Our senior Project Controls Manager used Primavera (P6) to support Hensel Phelps Project Managers, Superintendents and HAS Project Managers in understanding the impact of possible changes to schedule including resources. Project Controls Manager meets with key stakeholders on a regular basis plus conducted site visits to verify progress of work and to confirm that actual status of work aligns with P6 schedule and analysis.
HOK in collaboration with PAGE are the AOR’s on the FIS and Bradlink also supported this team with contract compliance on a few tasks.
